One of the aims of the Erasmus+ project "FACE in itinere" is to facilitate exchanges between producers and sellers of farmhouse and artisan cheese and dairy products. This can be done by offering and participating in internships (as a student or on voluntary basis) and visits by or to colleagues in other places. In the project we will set up a platform to facilitate this exchange. By completing the questionnaire on this website, you can express you interest in hosting interns and/or receive visiting colleagues. We welcome you to join this platform!
The other aim of the Erasmus+ project "FACE in itinere" is to make an online catalogue of available training courses for to farmhouse and artisan cheese and dairy producers and sellers. We also invite course providers that organize courses about other activities that are closely related and / or complementary to dairy activity to list their courses on this platform. For example: meat production, wool, touristic activity,… and in general, all initiatives focused on circular economy, creation of value from co-products and avoiding wastes. The online catalogue will make it easier for current and future producers and sellers of farmhouse and artisan dairy products to find a course that suits their interests and needs. The questionnaires on the online platform will be used to describe training courses in the catalogue. Thank you very much for your cooperation!
